| All rates are subject to 11% tax (Alberta Hotel Tourism Levy: 4%, Tourism Improvement Fee: 2%, GST: 5%). If cancelled up to 21 days before date of arrival, a fixed amount of CAD $30 will be charged. If cancelled 24 hours or less or in case of no-show, the first night will be charged. It is required that all reservations be secured by credit card (VISA or Mastercard). Prices include a full hot breakfast and are based on double occupancy. $15 per extra adult, $10 per extra child (aged 12-18) per night. Children under 12 Free (with adults). Low season is Sept 15th - June 15th (except December 23rd - January 8th). We are located 3 blocks from downtown Banff, and are a non smoking B&B. Television in large lounge/dining area.
