The RMBB is pleased to serve a rotating breakfast menu from the menu items listed below. Each morning there are homemade muffins, toast and assorted cereals to choose from. We serve organic, fair trade coffee from Canmore's Mountain Blends Coffee Roasters. We are responsive to dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarians) and will attempt to substitute when necessary. The kitchen does use nuts however in baking and for some of our garnishes.
Pancakes – Two variations
Our pancakes are banana walnut or mixed berry and chocolate chip and are served with real whip cream and a side of bacon, sausage or fresh fruit depending on the day.
French Toast
Made with french bread and accompanied by a fresh fruit compote and served with real whip cream.
Traditional Breakfast
Two eggs cooked any style, bacon, ham or sausage depending on the day, and homemade hash browns or english muffins.
Banana Loaf French Toast
Our homemade banana loaf is prepared as french toast and served with candied nuts and real whipped cream.
Breakfast Burrito
Scrambled eggs, medium cheddar and sweet bell peppers all rolled into a tortilla and served with a side of fresh homemade salsa and refried beans.
Breakfast Sandwich
A steamed egg, fresh tomato, slivered spanish onion and white cheddar on a buttered english muffin and served with a side of bacon.
Frittatas
An Italian-style egg dish made with assorted vegetables, white cheddar and garnished with fresh basil and green onion. Served with fresh fruit and bacon or sausage.
