There are fresh yogourt parfaits, homemade muffins, toast and assorted cereals to choose from each morning.
We serve organic, fair trade coffee from Canmore's Mountain Blends Coffee Roasters.
We are responsive to dietary restrictions (allergies, vegetarians) and will attempt to substitute when necessary.
The kitchen does use nuts however in baking and for some of our garnishes.
Pancakes – Two variations
Our pancakes are banana walnut or mixed berry and chocolate chip and are served with a side of bacon or sausage depending on the day.
French Toast
Made with french bread and accompanied by blueberry cinnamon compote and served with candied nuts and real whip cream.
Traditional Breakfast
Two eggs cooked any style, bacon, ham or eggs depending on the day, and homemade hash browns.
Crepes
Our savoury crepes are filled with mushrooms, tomatoes, meat and cheese and garnished with fried sage leaves.
Banana Loaf French Toast
Our homemade banana loaf is prepared as french toast and served with candied nuts and real whipped cream.
Breakfast Burrito
Scrambled eggs, medium cheddar, bell peppers, tomato, sausage, ham or bacon, green onions and Spanish onion all rolled into a tortilla and served with a side of sour cream, salsa and refried beans

A steamed egg, fresh tomato, slivered spanish onion and white cheddar on a buttered english muffin and served with a side of bacon.
Frittatas
An Italian-style egg dish made with assorted vegetables, white cheddar and garnished with fresh basil and green onion. Served with fresh fruit salad and bacon or sausage. We also serve a meat version with vegetables and cheddar which comes with fruit salad.
